Cleaning Recommendations
The easiest and safest way to clean urea seats and covers and the stainless steel hinges is to use a soapy, damp soft cloth and then rinse with clean water. The use of any detergent be it acidic or basic will attack the hinges and cause them to rust.
We cannot guarantee the PH of any detergent on the market, henceforth, our recommendation for using only water and soap as cleaning agents as they do not attack the stainless steel of the hinges and will keep them from rusting.
